What’s a VWAP?

A VWAP is a

Volume Weighted

Average Price of a

share calculated

over a period of

time.

Let me explain this

further.

Why do I need to know this?

Share trades by investors buying and selling.

The share price is influenced by negative and

positive news including changes in the global

market, political uncertainty and various other

matters. In one day or 60 days you will have ups

and downs. This is what we call volatility.

You will need

to vote at the

shareholder

meeting for the

deal to happen.
