Sipho joined Vodacom as Managing Director in September 2011 after serving almost 14 years at BP Africa Limited where he held a number of senior positions including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer for BP Downstream activities. He joined BP in 1997 after being with Werksmans Attorneys and the Financial Services Board. Sipho is also a director of the Centre for Development & Enterprise and was the chairman of the Sapref Board, a joint venture between Shell SA Refining and BP Southern Africa.
